To alleviate traffic problems because of the flooding, Spy Run/Lafayette Street was switched to two-way traffic to help people get to work the Monday morning of the flood. Few motorists used the new in-bound Spy Run thoroughfare, which had been flooded until late Sunday. Thjs view is looking south down Spy Run from about Tennessee Avenue.
