The army was called out to help turn back the enemy over the weekend. don't panic, it was an army of volunteers who contributed their backs and hands in an effort to stem the rising rivers. Civil defense officials estimated that between 700 and 1,000 persons showed up to bag sand and stack bags along flooded areas.
